It is enough for you to know which subscription you have chosen from the offer of your Employer from ORLEN Group: Basic, Standard, Comfort or Continuous.
Also, your parents or mother-in-law for whom you have purchased medical care will be able to easily check the scope of services of the Parent / Father-in-law or Parent / Father-in-law subscriptions.You can quickly find information about a medical service in your subscription.
All you need to do is select the name of the subscription to which you are entitled in the "Packages" tab and then search for the given service in the groups of medical services.
You dont need to know the full, often complicated name of the service, the search engine will tell you this name.
You will also find out if you will need a referral from a doctor if you want to use this service.You will find the nearest medical facilities of the subcontractor whose network you use.
